RN/RPN Care Co-ordinator
This management position is responsible for responding to service requests and following up with customers and their families. You will be responsible for the initial home or facility visit, needs assessment and care plan development. You will conduct follow-up visits throughout duration of services to ensure that the highest level of care is maintained. A key component of this position requires a comfort level in sales and marketing of Happy at Home Support Services both to individuals and health care partners.

- High level computer proficiency
- Working experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Current and active registration with the College of Nurses on Ontario
- Knowledge of customer management or other database programs an asset
- Willingness to learn new software, policies and procedures
- Current drivers licence and safe vehicle required for this position
- Fluent in English (Both written and spoken)
- Professional and courteous with a solid knowledge of the Privacy Act of Ontario
- 3-5 years (minimum) experience working with seniors in a community, hospital or long-term care setting
- Current CPR Certification and Standard First Aid
- Comprehension of the Occupational Health and Safety Act

Companions/Respite Caregivers
This position requires related community experience. As a Caregiver you will focus on primarily providing services to clients that require social activation, companionship and transportation to appointments or social outings. You may also be required to provide respite/relief to primary caregivers caring for a loved one in a home setting. This position would be ideal for individuals that have a career in volunteerism and are now interested in new challenges and opportunities.

Personal Support Worker (PSW)
This position requires a Personal Support Worker certification. As a Caregiver you will focus primarily on providing service to clients requiring assistance with personal care. These services may include bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, ambulation, feeding, assisting with medications and exercise.

- Proficient/physically capable with transfers (bed, wheelchair, etc.) and all aspects of personal care
